Let me tell you a little about clones.
Once upon a time, I was a photographer trying to juggle my business AND my personal life.
I had two young kids, a husband with a cra-ZY travel schedule, and a fully-booked wedding calendar. I was working on my business between naps and dinner time and I struggled to find the time I needed to give my family, my business, and my clients the attention they deserved. I knew that I needed to either automate, eliminate, or outsource something and take my life back into my own hands.
it was time to bring in the clones...
Have you heard of Dolly the sheep? The first mammal 'clone' in the world? How awesome would it be if we had clones of ourselves to do all the stuff we didn't want to do (but also would be done as well or BETTER than we could do it)? I knew as a business owner the challenge would be finding my own little 'clones' who would treat my business like it was their own, and take stress off my plate while they did so.
but here's the big problem with finding a clone.
I knew I wanted 3 things from anyone who I outsourced my business tasks and projects to. I wanted them to:
1. Have the same business values that I do
2. Use their own mind and creative thinking to give value to my business
3. Be invested in me and my business (yes OK I wanted them to love me is that so wrong?)
And y'all. That was really hard to find! So I was like "damn, fine! I'll do it myself. I'll make my own clones" (actual spoken words).
So I decided to build my OWN team of clones. Efficient and creative clones to do my bidding (and yours too)
It wasn't easy. But eventually I found a group of creative and talented women whose values aligned with mine, did quality work, and had the same drive and vision that I did. We're basically the Avengers... except we are Super Nerds.
